SPRU develops in Portugal a new concept of student residences with services which is far above that offered by its current competitors, including rooms rented in private houses.

Our residences are designed, built and fitted from scratch to serve the purpose for which they are intended: to provide university students with a second home, ensuring all the necessary conditions for success in their academic career.
