– It is possible to stay in the residence during all the school year, for some months or even for some days. Stays are considered to be long stays of 9 months or more, the others being qualified as short-term. Preference is given to applications for long-term stays.

– The monthly fee refers to the period between the first and last day of each month (day 1 and day 30 or 31) and includes accommodation, internet, water, gas, electricity up to 25 Kwh / month, weekly cleaning of the accommodation With supply and exchange of bed and bath linen and daily cleaning (except Sunday) of common spaces.
– The price / night includes the consumption of water and electricity.
– Telephone prices, excess electricity and use of self-service laundry are not included in the prices, which will be debited separately according to actual consumption and tariffs in force.
