– The monthly fee refers to the period between the first and the last day of each month (day 1 to day 30 or 31) and includes use of the furnished and equipped accommodation, broadband internet access and TV channels by Cable, weekly cleaning of the accommodation including the supply and exchange of bed linen and towels, use of the common spaces of the residence and the concierge service, water consumption of up to 1,5 m3 and electricity consumption up to 100 kw.
