ZONE SPRU LISBON PRICES

* Applies to contracts of 3 months or longer signed by September 30, 2025
** Applies to former residents, as well as current resident’s family members and friends

All prices are per person and include VAT.
Stays at the residence available from a few days to 12 months.
Preference is given to applications for long-term stays (9 months or more).

SIMPLE AND CLEAR RULES
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required for all reservations.
A signed contract between the residence and the resident is required for all stays .
Accommodation for 2 or 3 pax requires joint reservation by all occupants.
The security deposit will be refunded provided the reservation dates and contract terms are fulfilled.

NO HIDEN EXTRA COSTS
The monthly rate covers the period from the 1st to the last day of each month (day 1 to day 31).
The total amount charged in any given month will not exceed the corresponding monthly rate.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT
All rates include accommodation, internet 1Gb, water, gas, electricity (up to 25 kWh/month), and bed and bath linen.
Weekly cleaning of the accommodation and daily cleaning of common areas (except Sundays) are also included.
